The Active Living Center offers a welcoming space for area residents age 60 and over to gather. Participants experience a fun, caring, and safe environment where they can access community resources and receive the support needed to maintain an active and independent lifestyle. The Active Living Center continuously strives to be the central hub for older adults to connect with peers, resources, and opportunities.
We offer a wide variety of activities, as well as many active, wellness and enrichment experiences. A monthly calendar is available at the Active Living Center with more detailed information on the activities and services offered.

We serve daily, well-balanced lunches provided by The Nutrition Group Monday through Friday at 11:30am in the center.
We provide qualifying seniors with food vouchers and monthy food boxes through USDA’s Senior Box Program.
Fitness & Health:
Wellness Classes provided by certified instructors from Senior Life are a fun way for seniors to learn about healthy eating, physical fitness, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
The Active Living Center partners with Senior Life and ForSight Vision to provide FREE, monthly screenings by certified healthcare professionals.
We also partner with the American Association of Retired Persons to provide community events and health expo events for seniors at our center.
Our seniors enjoy relaxing outings, where they receive the opportunity to shop, participate in light exercise and interact with their friends. Transportation is provided. Some of our seniors' favorite places to visit include:

We partner with Rabbit Transit to provide transportation for seniors to and from the Center.
We also provide seniors with supportive information on services available in the community and help connect them to the services appropriate to their needs, such as healthcare providers, low income housing, lawn care, and more.
