Spiritual Dance at CAY 40th Annual Cultural Thanksgiving Celebration!
The 40th Annual Cultural Thanksgiving Celebration at Crispus Attucks York was a great success, and we extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who joined us. This year’s event featured inspiring public speakers who shared their personal stories of how Crispus Attucks York has contributed to their growth as community leaders. One speaker in particular was Jemiel Alexander! Â We also congratulate all the deserving recipients of our Rising Stars Awards. The festivities began with a moving spiritual dance performance by Montika Smith, honoring and celebrating our ancestors. The stage was then filled with the joyful dances of children, accompanied by a cultural song sung by the talented Spanish vocalist Delores, delighting the crowd with her beautiful voice.
