CAY Rising STARS Children Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month
The children enthusiastically stood before their peers, sharing the remarkable accomplishments of these influential figures, enriching their understanding of history and culture.
As part of the celebration, the Rising STARS learned the Spanish alphabet and enjoyed listening to lively Spanish music. They savored delicious plates of traditional Spanish cuisine, making the event both a feast for the senses and a meaningful cultural experience.
Parents also joined in the festivities, adding to the sense of community and support. The children engaged in fun games and had the chance to win prizes for their parents, reinforcing the learning experience in a playful manner.
