Pennsylvania State Senator Dawn W. Keefer Tours Crispus Attucks York Campus

Pennsylvania State Senator Dawn W. Keefer visited the Crispus Attucks York campus, where she was welcomed by CEO Mr. Robert Simpson for an in-depth tour of the organization’s educational and community-based programs.

A key highlight of the visit was Senator Keefer’s stop at the Crispus Attucks Early Learning Center, where she met with Director Mrs. Valerie Forman and engaged directly with staff and students. The Early Learning Center serves children ages 3 months to 12 years old and is a vital resource for working families in the York community.

Director Forman shared how the center combines high-quality early childhood education with culturally responsive care, preparing students for long-term academic success while giving parents the confidence to pursue employment or further education.
