Provides childcare for children ages 3 months to 12 years with a strong emphasis on school-readiness preparation
Provides after-school and summer education, recreation and social activities for youth ages 5 to 18
Helps youth ages 17 to 21 meet the academic requirements to receive a high school diploma while learning job skills
Provides training, education, counseling and job placement services for youth, adults and seniors
Provides educational, nutritional, social, and recreational activities for seniors ages 60 and above
Provides safe, quality housing to low to moderate income York community residents
Renovates blighted and historical properties for affordable housing and local businesses

More than 70% of the children enrolled at CAA’s ELC are from families that live at or below 200% of poverty.
Students in our Rising STARS program face real barriers everyday due to their economic status; in 2016-17, 98.99% of the 298 youth served through the Rising STARS program lived with families at or below 200% of poverty.
